This support is ideal for you if you would like ongoing support from a digital construction specialist who can get to know you and your business and help you:

• Identify the areas of your business which could be improved with digital technologies

• Accurately calculate the costs of the digital tools you are considering and any other indirect costs
• Identify the digital and other skills needed at all levels for implementation of new digital tools

In-house workshops and CPD sessions

These workshops are a great way to bring key influencers, resistors, end users and decision makers together. It’s amazing what progress you can make in a short space of time if you have the right people in the room and the right facilitator.

These short interactive sessions are designed to be of practical value to you. They will always have the aim of helping you identify actions you need to take, make a decision or change something about the way you work.

These 90 minute sessions are all designed to be delivered remotely via Zoom and can take place at any time of day including early mornings, lunch times or early evening.

You can work your way through these sessions in order, or pick out the ones which you think will be most useful to you.
